Team members

Invite teammates, assign roles, and manage access.

Roles

RoleNotes
OwnerExactly one per workspace — whoever signed up. Can't be changed or removed; the only role that can manage invites, other members' roles, and removals.
AdminInvitable. Full access to the workspace itself; can't manage team membership.
MemberInvitable. Full access to the workspace itself; can't manage team membership.

Admin and Member currently have identical permissions everywhere except team management — the distinction exists, but nothing in the product enforces a difference between them yet.

Inviting someone

  1. Go to Settings → Team (owner only).
  2. Click Invite member, enter their email, and pick a role (Admin or Member).
  3. Click Send invite.

They receive an email with a link to accept. The invite expires after 7 days — if it lapses, revoke it and send a new one; there's no way to extend an existing invite's expiration.

Managing existing members

From the members table on Settings → Team, the owner can:

  • Change a member's role — via the role dropdown directly in the table.
  • Remove a member — via the Remove link in their row.

Neither action is available for the owner's own row, or for the owner role itself — ownership isn't transferable through this UI.

Revoking a pending invite

Under Pending invites, click Revoke next to any invite that hasn't been accepted yet. This immediately invalidates that invite's link.
