Submission notifications

Each form has its own "Email me when this form receives a new submission" setting — a checkbox on the form editor, off by default. When it's on, the workspace Owner gets an email for every new submission to that form.

Turning it on

1. Open the form under Forms.
2. Check Email me when this form receives a new submission.
3. Click Save form.

This is per-form — turning it on for one form doesn't affect any others.

If you need more than an email

The built-in notification only emails the Owner. For anything more specific — routing different forms to different people, posting to Slack, tagging the contact, creating a CRM deal — use an automation rule on the form.submitted trigger instead. See the trigger reference for its exact payload.
