Campaign analytics
What gets tracked after a campaign sends, and how opens/clicks are recorded.
Once a campaign has been sent, its editor page shows a Results panel with five numbers:
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Recipients | Total subscribers the campaign was sent to |
| Sent | Successfully delivered |
| Failed | Delivery failures |
| Opened | Recipients who opened the email at least once |
| Clicked | Recipients who clicked at least one link |
How opens and clicks are tracked
- Opens are tracked with a standard 1×1 tracking pixel embedded in the email — opened when that pixel loads.
- Clicks are tracked by routing links through a redirect endpoint that records the click before forwarding to the real URL.
Both are best-effort: some email clients block tracking pixels by default, so Opened is a floor, not an exact count. Recording a click or open never blocks or fails the underlying action — if tracking fails for any reason, the pixel still serves and the redirect still happens.
